petition to rename the book life with depression

finding it very hard to understand the point of this book.
every story is a snippet out of context, by the time you start to understand the character, the author moves on to a different story.
I can emphasize with certain feelings but I’m finding hard to understand what is going on overall.
might push through, might DNF.
the title defo clickbaited me lol
