Tense and fascinating at the beginning, loved the insecure dynamic of the one MC and his learning self-esteem, but by 50%, there is no conflict
or meaningful growth left. They are a couple, there is self-esteem (or, at least very predictable growth) and therefore no real conflict. Bored. Started skimming.
