This book repeatedly states that the original stories are unedited even though it makes them hard to read. But I guess the Bell Witch stories are so racist that they changed it. Now I'm on an HP Lovecraft story and I think it is That One.

initially I thought this was about the horrors caused by colonialism but it's old stories with a lot of racism. the way indigenous people and african americans are talked about is disgusting ! ! !
