sjm writing dorian to be the biggest case of deus ex machina

random but as much as i love dorian and manon i really feel like manon is a lesbian. idk maybe its just sjm’s writing of friendships being better than her relationship writing, but i like manon and dorian when they’re platonic & the romance feels super forced sometimes. oh and dorian needs to focus on himself. maybe get therapy after the war or wtv
