this book (being a nonfiction science book about emotions) is honestly so hard for me to get through- I keep zoning out, thinking about something else and things like that. but honestly, it's so interesting to read. I've only read about one chapter so far and already discovered so many things - like how we suppress our emotions because we're scared of them and stuff. I didn't expect much of this book - but I like it.
