This was one of the books recommended by the author/advocate about stopping Chemtrails indicated the start of chemtrails and explained why.... and this book is about bioweapons and not chemical weapons But things change fast with technology. Weather modification and chemicals to degrade US population immune systems would be better than illness causing diseases.
