This book has a fantastic question to all of us... the question is "What IS a human?"
This came from SilverSide, who is my favorite character in this story. As the robot Silver Side is able to morph into any sentient form. Be that male human or female wolf creature. SilverSide is programmed with the three laws yet, was never explicitly shown what a human is. This search has been fascinating and maybe philosophical.
