My results are changing. I recommend reading it, studying it and learning from it. I read the short version & audio and got so much from it I decided to read the book. Wondering what I'd avoided - and missed- now I'm finding out!

I've read 100s of PD books over the years - as has the person who recommended it to me as "a game changer". Some reviewers say 'it's so basic, I know this stuff so I've skipped through a lot'. No! Don't cheat yourself - I'm not. I like its simple approach. I'm diving in deeply, making notes and making changes.

I'm not a morning person. Awful affirmation. And I've lied to myself! Thanks for the wake up call Hal! I avoided this: 'before 8am'! It's more about making my first hour count, so happy to get up earlier for me. Day 51, most days waking before alarm. I'm stunned! Wish I'd had it years ago. Fun & results-changing!
