Hmm, not sure how to feel about this since it's just getting started; however books that I have read by Canadian authours usually contain at least some research on the (US) culture. This, on the other hand, feels like it was written by someone who wrote script for 'Friends', with no idea what Canadians are actually like. FYI, although a cliché, we don't all say 'sorry' all the time.
