Notes:
(1) Pretty superficial overall, though there is some interesting commentary.
- This might be the first book I've read where COVID plays a role in the story.
- There's a vampire dispute/metaphor about killing for food versus killing for fun, vis-à-vis cancel culture.
(2) Easter egg: a kid plays with Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl dolls.
- Makes sense. Same universe, after all.

Notes:
(1) I'm not familiar with Juanan Ramirez. His art looks like if Rafael Albuquerque inked over Wes Craig pencils.
(2) This is a vampire book. So, of course, there's a love triangle.
- Possibly Millar's leaning into the trope.
(3) This reminds me a lot of Millar's "MPH," but crimefighters instead of criminals.
- The first half, at least, has more or less the same plot.

Notes:
(1) So, continuing on in my Millarworld journey, I've decided to read this book because the sequel series is due to come out later this month, which I think I might read in single issues.
- Good to see Mark Millar's coming out with some Volume 2s, after several series trades that were published as "Volume 1" or "Book 1" but are still dormant after more than a decade.
