you know books are good when you feel a vicarious, yet slightly watered down reflection of a character’s emotions.

i feel like i just went through an interrogation. i need some chamomile tea.

this book is twisting me all around. i’m in pain. i am fearful. i am TOO WORKED UP. it is 2:38 am, and i have to be up at 6am. how am i ever supposed to slumber after this.

it is taking everything in me to not spoil this book for myself just to rid myself of these anxiously eager nerves.

I can feel the book sucking me in, you can really feel how Pip’s been completely shattered yet still gradually disintegrating further.

I’m gonna watch the show after I finish this series (at long last I have picked up the final book).
