I’m enjoying this greatly. Unusual medieval-esque fantasy. Also Pell is reminiscent of Harrow in terms of being a young follower of a very shabby and diminished house of death, with the fate of said house resting on her shoulders. They’re pretty different people (Pell is way more innocent) but I enjoy the overlap in role.
