Sooo this wasn't as good as I remembed it. I knew that Cage (as all the other HS heroes) was over the top, but this just.. didn't do it for me this time around. Melissa was pretty much the only character in this whole book (series?), who was somewhat reasonable and didn't scream every other sentence (except when she came). So yeah, while I enjoyed some parts of it, Cage was just a bit too much sometimes for me.

Also shame on Melissa for blaming Cage for her sister's death. Yes, his sister was married to Simon the killer before he married Melissa's sister, but she can't blame Cage for her sister's death - that's all on Simon. And I know she came to this conclusion later as well, but I didn't like how long it took her to get there ://
