if you don't like this one, I 100% suggest switching to Book Lovers first, because that one saved me and it's just so fucking good. This one I told myself I'd return too, couldn't get into it, but I hope you like it!!

I've read Book Lovers and enjoyed it!! I started with Beach Read and then moved on to BL and to this day those are my 2 favourite EH books. I was meh on Happy Place and hated People We Meet On Vacation 😅 so she has a 50-50 track record for me but thankfully I liked this one!

Also I finished this one in a single day so maybe the key is to just power through!!

Beach Read and Book Lovers are soooo dear to my heart <3 Perhaps I will power through next, I do love EH's writing soooo much

But yeah I find she kind of loses me when she plays with timelines for narration in the story too much
