Oh god. (Or the devil? It’s unclear by now whether god exists) the trial is starting. I just left a party early because I can’t be away from it for too long.

I’ve laughed. I’ve cried. I missed summer.

I’m in deep flop territory which makes the book easier to read. It can be put on any surface, splayed open by its own balanced weight. Like any huge book, anything people talk about I can immediately relate it back to something I just read with uncanny relevance - to me, anyway.
