Reading again. Mirna is continuing to go to amazing places all over the world and accomplishing athletic feats at age 49. I love her tone in A Beautiful Work in Progress--she keeps it real and seems to me to have a healthy outlook on life.

Some reviewers don't like Valerio going back-and-forth in her timeline but I find that I feel like I'm getting to know her this way. When reading about peoples' fitness/health journeys I like when they share of themselves like Mirna is doing. I like reading about her career, family, and other interests besides running.
