開誠布公的分享過往的案例，檢討曾經犯下的錯誤，但是我覺得有點太簡略，沒有好好的交代被投資/併購的公司在當時的規模、產業、運營模式、債務狀況，也沒有交代當時的時空背景、企業主的為人處事風格，這樣子的案例分享意義不大。但這還是一本很好的引門書，語氣也不狂妄自大，閱讀完還是很感恩的。

What if we put another 5 million into it? Over my dead body we will invest another 5 million I wouldn’t put 25 more cents into this investment..
