I've taken two stabs at this book but it wasn't my thing. I've not had much luck with stream of consciousness. The Sound and the Fury was a similar experience although I got farther in.

Yeah, I’m not really convinced that this is going to be the same as my war-room reading from my newly-post-baccalaureate life of 2009. The world is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air.
