Uhhh, "scoured"? Doesn't really seem to be the appropriate word...

I really hope it was supposed to be "scowled"...
Well if the cupcakes weren't in front of him maybe "scoured" would've worked. But yeah, I think "scowled" was what the author was going for.
I'm not sure you can really scour AT something.
Oh you're definitely correct on that one. I think I meant scour for. Or something.
