I’m sad that the MC is still a person who still has very little insight. Even in the final book the MC still thinks in since binary ways. She thinks she’s always right - about everything and about other people. She asks inane questions but never takes the first answer. She’s been like this throughout the series so grief is not really the reason for this lack of depth.
