omg wait normalization of deviance?? something in the engineering design process?? micro-macro relationships in bureaucracy and innovation???? also why does nasa actually pop off when it comes to following rules but is kinda not making super great ones like i get that we need experience and whatnot but surely there r some kind of logical axioms we can rely on to not change bro??? this feels so inevitably unexpected
