Autumn is the main protagonist in the book shes a very caring and nice person but she struggles with reading it says a lot in the book when she reads she stutters with big or hard words and she realizes that her dad does too

Today i read about the guy that autumn likes he talks about how sometimes he misses having his legs because teachers would show more respect for him. He doesn't like how just because hes handicapped people feel sorry for him and show him less respect then he used to when he had legs
