WHYYY!!! Why does every fated mate series turn the smart, military trained, spy into a dumb idiot once she's mated. It's like she goes into instant damsel in distress mode. Don't spend a book and a half building up her as some badass to turn her into a bumbling idiot. Especially when she has another strong ass personality living in her head/body
