Kyle This seems like an interesting read! From what I know Hawaii, much like other Native tribes that were forever changed due to Western colonialism (Colonialism being considered a continuous act/thought vs. an actual time period. For Hawaii, was the destructuring of communal idealism such as the introduction of strict authoritative hiarchary, the privation of land, and the introduction of ownership and western views on the roles of women.


Jimmy J. Crantz It seems really interesting, I really liked the first few pages. But there's so many references to legal documents that just goes right over my head.

Kyle Read it while listening to eagle sounds and gunfire, then american law makes much more sense
