I finished my book, and Minty changed throughout the story in many ways because in the beginning she had friendship problems with Paz and how they didn't trust each other and Raymond was still a secret in the beginning, but now Minty made a bunch of new friends and best friends with Paz again, and now Raymond is now living next door to Minty.

Raymond got reported to child services and the Witch Lady was actually Raymond's mother but was very ill, this is an important part to the story because all along you'd think the Witch Lady was a bad person and Raymond was a run away who stole things, but you never judge a book by its cover. Its significant because this is kinda wrapping up the story and giving answers to my questions all this time during the book.

Cop cars showed up at the Witch Lady's house and Minty thinks its because people have been reporting prowlers which is really her and Raymond. But Minty confronted Raymond about his stealing over and over again and now Raymond thinks that him and Minty aren't friends, which is hinting a little because her and Paz aren't "friends" anymore and now Raymond and Minty are fighting. Minty is losing friends over and over.

Minty put her own secret in the secret tree saying "I want to be a kid forever." Also Minty is spying on Paz at Izabells pool party and she is with Raymond again and Minty is getting really down about it because Paz is having much more fun without Minty and they are supposed to be best friends. Once Meliana shows up to pick up Paz she sees Thea and her boyfriend there and they both want to stay there "together."

Minty was saying hi to slayer Troy's cat, and found out who took Phoebe the neighborhood missing cat and that was also one of the other secrets in the tree It said "I know where Wendy's cat is. And I'm not telling." Pg.131 and so Minty can cross off one of the secrets.

In my book I chose a-hah moment because Minty my main character and her "best friend" Raymond are discovering secrets and they are finding out a lot more about people and Minty's actual "best friend" Paz is leaving her out and being fake and one of the secrets in the tree are "I'm betraying my best friend in a horrible way." so I thought that might be about her so I had like a-haaaah like that might be about Minty..
