I’ve read this one already. I love how it encapsulates the fear in the narrator, however, I do think that realistically Warren would have either been so scared he’d be running towards the entrance, or scream/get silent out of fear. It makes no sense why he’d just stand there and talk for like 5min without at least trying to make a break for it.
