One of today's tales was from a US Marine who served in Afghanistan. He related a few paragraphs about a remote village school through which the Marines had chased shadows and noises.
The locals claimed that when the Taliban came to power after the Soviet withdrawal, said Taliban gathered and beheaded all of the teachers on the school grounds.
