Wow! I always consider Phyllis A. Whitney very good and know full well, that her youth mysteries are especially magical enthralling. I believe this is a sparsely-known fact from the rarity of these novels today. It is very fortunate to obtain them. Nonetheless, I find myself astonished (to quote her frequently used word) to be enjoying myself with this novel as much as I am. What a great pleasure this story is!

This is very, very enjoyable. It is like a fantastic movie that is fun and mysterious at the same time, or spending time with highly likeable friends on an adventure that feels like it could last forever.
