Reading the edition with a foreword by Adam Hochschild and Introduction by Lionel Trilling and I am- baffled??! Haven't even started the actual book yet bc it's taken me so long to get through the THIRTY-FOUR PAGES of introduction bullshit that is literally just these two men being in love with Orwell it's kind of hilarious

Out of characters but rest assured I will complain in depth abt this later bc it's SO FUNNY
