I felt like the first few chapters were nothing but fluff to make the book longer, and those chapters sucked. It took until p. 66 and the chapter on the 99% Theory to make me feel that I wasn’t wasting my time with this book.

Perhaps in the next edition, the author can rewrite those pages to simply say he didn’t become a great juggler until he changed his practice methods.
