So far, it doesn't feel like anything special. It feels like the publisher used the sub-title to add the word 'Inclusion' simply for the benefit of search engines. Chow is right in what she says, but basically brands competent leadership as 'inclusive' as in "include all the right people in your decisions. Frankly, it's refreshing that it is *not* another DEI agenda book, but it still is no standout.
