I know how I’m supposed to be feeling with the big blow up between Evan and Dalisay but the author really didn’t lay the ground work well enough. Oof this book is really somethin. I’m caught between thinking “maybe I’m just not vibing with her writing style” and “was this book written by ChatGPT?” Because I can usually find some singular thing a book does well. This one just kinda falls flat in every arena. But it’s like trying to be something? Weird.
