I'm sorry, but when we get to the point that you're being stolen from, the only security that you have to support yourself, you need to actually do something. I get the fear that she has of being discovered, but she his interest and she needs to use it to keep herself safe. Letting yourself be bullied by this woman isn't helping.

I think I just don't like Amalie Howard's writing. This is my fourth book of hers, and it's just as hard to get through as all the others. I'm going to finish this just to close it, but I don't think I'll be reading her anymore.

Honestly, finding a new job would be a better idea anyway. The more degrees of separation that she has from LL, the better to cover their tracks.
