So, this isn't okay. I don't care what his plan is, what Scout is doing is not okay. She needs autonomy & safety. He's forcing her, coercing her, manipulating her and using her trauma to do it. And I cannot forgive him for that. The fact that she's thanking him for his abuse says it all. This is not okay.
