Before going forward, I re-read "Action: Build on Strength" to make sure I soaked up all its advice. In previous chapters, I put myself in the place everywhere there was the word "I", wanting to see myself in the role of what was written. This chapter speaks of connecting with others and focusing on your strengths rather than weaknesses. With this, I believe I have no weaknesses, only challenges of my strengths.

I started out reading The Serving Leader as a personal help, but find myself sharing this information with others and helping them to grow as well. For example, I explained that we must watch our egos if we are to work as a team and do not rise our expectations of others more than one is willing to put forth an effort themselves. This book is awesome. I highly recommend it. Especially if you work with others.
