This book I am reading for my growth. This book is not normally the books I record here but this is a way to remember and look back when I need.
- make goals (for everything, short term and long term, make sure it is hard but reachable
- feelings affect your thinking and attitude is a matter of choice.
- conscious breathing is a life skill not just for golf. Helps you focus on the present and to not get distracted
