Attempting to work with Phyllo dough to create several slabs of Mushroom Strudel was such a chaotic delight, tasted way too good! Still hesitant to make Spanakopita or Baklava, will report back if/whenever I get around to it 👀👀👀

Found this cookbook back at my family's place and gave it a new home (aka, mine!)
Out of the many recipes, I've bookmarked ~15 of them. So far, I've attempted to make Gado-Gado, which is apparently "an Indonesian dish with spicy peanut sauce" (which is true, but I soon realized it was essentially coleslaw with lots of peanut butter LMAO) still tasty). Aiming to try making either Mushroom Strudel or Spanakopita next!
