I hate the main character girl. It gives off socially awkward, chronically online, snarky redditor vibes. I guess I know of people who act like her and I can't stand those people lol. Ugh it's leaving such a sour taste in my mouth.

I'm loving the fantasy creatures, though!!! I wish more fantasy novels (or I knew of these books) fleshed out creatures like I'm reading about here.
