If in a relo with a green, as a red, allow them space which they need to make decisions.
Have other things in your life, Adam, ie training career etc, so you're not so focused on and rushing them to make a decision, bc you're succeeding and moving forward elsewhere while that sorts itself out, so everyone inc you wins.

I hate how Yellows respond to stress = find others to connect with and become the centre of attention i.e not me -- so not the best for a relationship, but good for socialising etc.
Blues get very know it all like with stress, always have something to say back i.e more rigid vs me.
Red Greens relo can well where reds decide and greens go along .. though Reds must be easy on them and allow them to do nothing/slow.

Red/Green conflict causes stress in the reds
Chapters on how to stress out certain colours and how they respond to stress is v good; and thus how to help them cope with stress.
I am Red - responding the lack of authority, boredom etc I hate that. Shot glass stress - easy to fill, easy to empty/clean up.
I act Green - more passive, big barrel of stress - hard to fill/stuff down the anger, and very hard to clean up.
