8. O Russet Witch: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I mean, I get the message. ‘Have fun in life or you’ll regret it’. But I don’t think it was represented correctly?? Caroline, the so-called unreachable dreams of Merlin was just hedonistic and leads a path of destruction wherever she goes, Merlin also could have been happy even with a shabby life, if he chooses to enjoy it. So like Merlin himself, this book is mid.

7. Tarquin of Cheapside: ⭐️
Literally who thought writing this was a good idea, it gives absolutely nothing.

6. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s.. curious, to say the least. It achieved the effect of being really weird, I’m honestly just frustrated at how nobody looked into the scientific aspect of it, and just shunned his case altogether. But I guess this isn’t a sci-fi. 3,5.

5. The Diamond As Big As The Ritz: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best so far and by a long shot, 4.5!! This one’s actually worth reading.

3. May Day: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The subplots remind me of Mrs. Dalloway but so much worse, besides being a good time capsule to life post world war 1, there really isn’t much.
