Some things not making sense such as finding out the daily calorie intake they should have before even weighing themselves they wouldnt have been able to find it out without knowing their weight as they have to put their neigh and weight into the calorie calculator. Also the calorie limits were way too extreme and not realistic - some research should have been done about this
