Stopped at 1/4 of the book. Thoroughly enjoyed the anecdotes about writer's block; also, the chapter about the different structures was very helpful for me as a writer. I gave up eventually because as a rather lazy ESL reader, I couldn't make it through the fancy New Yorker-kind-of-writing. Also, a lot of the author's stories are based on themes of environmentalism & nature, and that's not my jam. Useful book though!
