I was looking forward to reading this, but the listical format is a bit lacklustre. A lot of the advice is just rehashed CBT or behavioural changes that people more familiar with their ADHD have most likely already researched and tried to implement after their hyperfocus fueled research when they were seeking a diagnosis.

ADHD is a condition that is best managed with convenience, and that is yet to be discussed.
