It’s awful. It’s every worst scene of every trash novel with tortuous trash philosophy thrown in. I want to rage at Cecelia, her dad, her mom, basically everyone in the book and tell them all to grow up and get some maturity! I’m reading it because it’s a book club pick, otherwise I’d cut my losses and choose anything else to read!🤦♀️

lol my standards must be really low 🤷🏼♀️ I gonna have to watch myself read, I read some of the other reviews on here and can't say I don't see their points, I read it super fast and I didn't hate it. I'll have to go back and see what I missed 🙃😜

It’s the pseudo-philosophy, which I see so many kids falling for, and the general lack of morals or character that has me agitated! And how could her mom AND dad just abandon her like that??!! The fact that she has no strength to resist the guys talking her into having sex even while they seem to try and talk her out of it- it’s almost *ape and hurt my heart for her. I should finished it very soon and I’ll let you know
