So most of the people associated with Goth fashion/music don't want to be because it's too feminine/androgynous/fetishy/gloomy? Maybe? I wish the writing in this was clearer.

Anne My vote is for gloomy and stigmatized by the mainstream. I only say that because there's a section on goths in a book I've read on how to identify gangbangers!
