Outstanding book by Dr. Amen and Dr. Fay; I have read so many of Dr. Fay's Love & Logic series. I love this team-up. If you are interested in parenting, neuropsychology, or psychology anyone can apply to improve their life, I highly recommend this book and other books by Dr. Fay. I also recommend the Ted Talk by Dr. Amen. Both amazing professionals; an absolute dream-team. I will be applying these strategies!
