Finished episode the third. Le sigh. It is not improving.

Finished episode 2. The patriarchy. The lack of women’s agency or consent. Giving me hives.

These are “episodes,” novellas, not full-length books. Storyline not resolved at the end of book 1. World is interesting; character development is not great. Many implausible situations & character responses. Will keep reading for now.
