Actually a nice book, but I just cannot stand the main character, and for that reason it was a difficult read. The main character is quite short sighted (imo). I think the purpose was to show she retained her childish sense of wonder even as an adult but tbh she just struck me as selfish and kind of dumb. Not a character I could root for.
