Apologies if I have inadvertently mislead anyone - this WAS, ONCE free on OpenLibrary/Archive.org, but it is no longer accessible.
And it's not an easy one to find secondhand, either.
I'd like to remind everyone that Hachette Group, Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, and Wiley sued Internet Archive recently. PENGUIN is to blame for the removal of this text.
Hold them accountable. This isn't even still in print!!!

Sadly, there's no way to hold them accountable. There will be no way to hold record companies accountable when they manage to have old 78s removed from the archive. The only way is to never buy their products but their tentacles are everywhere.
