I only read the first chapter, but I find it to be a very fascinating exploration of the evolutionary history of our food consumption preferences, and diet practices.

I borrowed this book from the library, but I am liking it so much that I have to buy it. I will pause reading it until I receive my copy, (I can't resist the urge to underline and highlight in this book), but I can't wait to resume it soon.
